Kavach is only a reporting app and aims to reduce bullying in schools and campuses by enabling the reporting of bullying incidents happening in schools.
The responsibility to act on the complaint and verify its genuineness is the sole responsibility of the school and the complainant.
Kavach can no case be held accountable or responsible for non action or dissatisfactory action by the school or any possible consequences as a result of such non action or dissatisfactory action on a bullying incident reported in the app or incorrect bullying incident reported by a child/parent through the app.
There is also a possibility that any incident might not also be able to reach the school due to any reason and this app cannot be liable on this account.
Kavach does not deal with medical or psychological emergencies. We are not designed to offer support in crisis situations-including when an individual is experiencing thoughts of self-harm or suicide, or is showing symptoms of severe clinical disorders such as schizophrenia and other psychotic conditions. In these cases, in-person medical intervention is the most appropriate form of help. If you feel you are experiencing any of these difficulties, we would urge you to seek help at the nearest hospital or emergency room where you can connect with a psychiatrist, social worker, counsellor or therapist in person. We recommend you to involve a close family member or a friend who can offer support.
